In 2017, Zack and Zach, friends from film school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, moved to Los Angeles to pursue their dreams. They started their business from humble beginnings, operating out of a truck without a liftgate, makeshift 1x3" shelving, and a four-foot square hole in the side. Despite these challenges, armed with Kino Flos and tungsten fresnels, they grew their client base and gradually upgraded to the latest LED technologies.
In 2019, Z&Z G&E was officially founded. With a new F550 Supercube truck, the business quickly gained momentum. However, just a few months later, the pandemic in 2020 brought unforeseen challenges. Despite this, Z&Z persevered and stayed afloat.
Today, Z&Z G&E continues to thrive and looks forward to collaborating with like-minded individuals who push the boundaries of technology and creativity in the industry. Follow our journey as we expand our fleet to accommodate a diverse range of projects.
